Management is monolithic. Takes ages to get administrative jobs done. Appointment letter can take anywhere from 3 months to 1 year to get into your hands. Resignation formalities are a joke. Not one document will reach you on time. They might not reach you at all. Think very, very carefully about this point and your future. Very. Carefully. Small teams. More load. Job security because no one really stays in this organization for long. The CHIEF HR OFFICER (Group Head- HR in Berger terminology) changed 3 times in less than 2 years. Verify for yourself via simple Google searches if this sounds false. Imagine how good their employee ethics are.

Company policies are okk, but management mentality is very poor to us. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is very poor and career growth is slow

The one who is the manager of the present, he treats his special people well and does promotions of those people and the side people like us only have more work.

Salary of old people is nothing and salary of new people is more when same positions and same diploma

Berger Paints based on Indian company but we have also working with aboard like Russia. I am working with Berger as a logistics officer. My colleagues very helpful for any situation. Work environment is very good.

I am working with Berger more than 10 years with tremendous pressure instead of my salary structure is not good. Department do not value individuals also they do not support.

Huge sales Pressure No induction or orientation of you are new in this industry. No work-life balance. No skill development. Favoritism. Only yelling and shouting to employees by the SSO & Manager.
