They will give you like daily basis salary if you are absent any they will cut the 600rs from your salary, no one will help you in this company, if you want to go to meet painters they will be in very far from us they will not answer our calls, because they know Berger paints is the worst company

...stay.. if you can't provide good work culture and support to your new workers... I love the low salary.. which they gave...

...etic... They deducted my colleague's fnf amount.. because he left the company... Salary what they show looks good... But its like just giving you money so that you can increase your work experience.... Salary what they show... And what they actually give doesn't match.... Managers are worst... They themselves can't talk and behave professionally and expect us to behave professionally.... Even dealers and contractors are fed up of Berger's services... because of such kind of attitude showed by managers in company.. Also work time so flexible.. that you can work till 12am or even 1am.. you can also work on Sundays... Basically you will not have any work life balance or personal life... Only drink beer with your managers and you only will have to pay the bill....your manager will not pay... Gaurav Kumar Gupta & Nishant Sharma (HR)... both are fraud...In name of training they give only 2 days product knowledge training and later tell us to visit field for self training...

...ll your targets...u have to sit on most of the Sundays and till 12 at night....company doesn't pay as they show you in ctc....very pathetic work experience and work culture

Poor work-life balance. Too much slangs and unprofessional behaviour from higher management. Almost 7 days a week work at office. Annual Incentive is paid after 10-12 months of FY ending.

Growth oriented and steady company. Good work shall get appreciated. Flexible in operation management.

...g in a week. No role of HR management. Yearly incentives are delayed by 01 year. Salary paid on time though. We can't claim any fare if we travel within city for office work. Mediclaim charges, phone bill etc. are deducted from package.
