Nothing to like company based on PMC if you have good experience they will provide you good money But inner peace will be gone

Everything I'm already less interested about this company. If you only looking for money and you have already delivered good no. Of projects then you will be offered good money.then they will be cutting tds n all. If you are not jobless or only money matters to you then you can join. Otherwise I'd suggest NO.

The company do not have policies and protocals, no predefined job responsiblity as mentioned in offer letter;very poor management;work culture not appriciated; All nonsence & unnecessary discussion ad meetings just waste of time.
