No training, no recognition, no reward, no motivation, no incentive, salary never get on time, increment neither predictable nor fix even month also not fix, no proper HR policies, can transfer anywhere....

Apart from this Internal Audit , other departments are good and their work culture are also good .The company is good but employee benifits are not much.

...d not have been given the Diwali bonus even though I was eligible for the bonus. Here 2 PF amounts are deducted from the salary itself whereas this does not happen in other NBFC and Banks ,although the salary in CTC is given there like other NBFC and Banks.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics among top managemnets, salary is also less and so the career growth, office timing is of 11-12 hrs No safety measures taken during covid No incentive on work nor appreciation

...so for customers, it provides all facilities to each and every employee of it. I am working in this company since 2018, when I joined my salary was just 8000 rs pm, in next year it was increased by 1000 means every year our company increased salary of employees by their work. I have a good team and having a good experience working with my team and company Berar finance Ltd is not only a company but also a family who cares for its employees and customers too.
