VERY POOR JOB SECURITY. One can get laid off any time especially if you are from client/outsourcing teams. They will lure you telling about the great work culture they offer, but once you join here you will see the dark side. Pathetic learning opportunities. Company gives zero value to upskilling .

The management is fantastic and the team mates also. Company provides great work life balance and no lay-offs or salary deduction during the pandemic.

Dislikes

...demic was that of before, management did not provide the increment to employees. Still not a big issue as other companies cut the salary of their employees.

1)Very low pay scale 2)Hike will get once in a two year 3)Poor technical stack for Java and .Net, Monolithic architecture are following ,No cloud is introduced,No proper DevOps are implemented, mainly focused in old frameworks for java and .Net, can learn core java and .net very well. 4)Highly internal politics

Good company with better work life balance and job security work culture is good. Management is supportive

Some sections use older technologies ,compensation is good but could be better standardization in process management is less

Beo is a good company for its free working culture.

Dislikes

We all lost our job from the associate company that deals with Beo. But Beo didn't find out any suitable way to accommodate or any compensation. So better ask the job security before joining this company
