We all lost our job from the associate company that deals with Beo. But Beo didn't find out any suitable way to accommodate or any compensation. So better ask the job security before joining this company

Flexibility and getting salary on time.

VERY POOR JOB SECURITY. One can get laid off any time especially if you are from client/outsourcing teams. They will lure you telling about the great work culture they offer, but once you join here you will see the dark side. Pathetic learning opportunities. Company gives zero value to upskilling .

The management is fantastic and the team mates also. Company provides great work life balance and no lay-offs or salary deduction during the pandemic.

...demic was that of before, management did not provide the increment to employees. Still not a big issue as other companies cut the salary of their employees.

...ble working style which is something everyone expects from companies these days. It also provides the best salary in the market. We also get to experience direct client handling which may not be available in other companies.

I have been working with BEO since 2015. BEO is a great place for work. very flexible and very good work life balance.

...ood place of work if they can improve the amenities provided with for employees. also, if they can support employees with industrial level salary and appraisals.
