...d to work hard but got to enjoy also a lot. I made some very good friends there. Salaries and incentives are never delayed and we also got good bonus because of company performance. I got to travel a lot for events which I really enjoyed.

A lot of documentation and approvals are required which makes the task very time consuming sometimes.

If you know nothing and want to earn money, that's the best workplace. Play politics and earn a free salary. You can have a big boss environment; don't forget to bring your popcorn.

...ers don't know how to lead, and most good people leave due to her involvement. The accounts team will only pay your salary on time. Otherwise, you will wait 3-4 months for your F&F clearance. Nothing is managed, and the company needs a new Managing Director & HR.

There is nothing good about working in this organization. It is filled with not so great people. The HR and Admin department has selfish people who know they cannot get a job anywhere else. Specially the HR has some attitude which will get her down really bad some day.

Dislikes

The culture is very poor. All new joiners leave within 6-7 months. The HR head is good for nothing and is basically getting a free salary. The MD is old school and purely only gives a huge number of bonuses and appraisals to the HR head knowing she is useless. Favoritism. They torture you to death basically. If you have brains then don’t join this organization.

MD Rajeev Singh is an awesome person. Lots of things to learn from him. He maintains and ensures a healthy working culture and an ethical working decorum.

Dislikes

There are only a very few people who doesn’t know how to behave with their colleagues and are often abusive or using dirty slangs.

Wort culture I have ever had in my 8 year experience. People don't have knowledge how to talk on the floor. Shouting on the floor is very common.

Dislikes

Nothing is good in this company, literally nothing. They still work on manual model, never open to accept tech. Just say on the surface level about technology, but internally the application in their own company is quite far. Very slow work process, delays in every thing from management and ultimately you will be blamed.
