Very bad company because Bengal Ultimate Resorts is a promotor organization, no company policies and work culture very poor.

when I was in that company, I had a very bad experience at that time , I received salary but the company do not given any salary slip . very poor management .

Not so much, the work pressure is very high, some times I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day. Othrwise it is very good.
