1. Salary within 6th of every month, 2. Mediclaim facility is there 3. Working environment is good 4. Owner is very down to earth 5. Factory is growing gradually 6. Sufficient leaves are there, although after completion of one year.

1. Very much conservative in all aspects, 2. Average appraisal 3. Insufficient staff, 4. Higher workload, 5. Everything owner centric 6. Delay in every approval process, 7. Hike is comparatively very low

The food Canteen Food quility and Hostel is good

They told to all DET that they will put in Pay role and but when we have joined then we get to know that they have pit us in Third party. No job satisfaction

Worse company... Rude and unprofessional Hierarchies. No company can be as bad as Bengal Energy Ltd. Anything good Hierarchies are praised and anything bad, the blame is on the platform area workers. They takes advantage of people who aren't left with any option to switch.

Company cfo, Mr Banerjee an old and Sanki Buda , knows nothing ....Hr. Ajay yadav a false promised who cheat with employee and trap ...by speaking sweet word at the time hiring..all are good for nothing

Great place for learner, some what weak in professionalism but personaly they are great. Hardwork with fruitful output appriciate, no space for failure.
