...amed "santosh jaiswal" is such a worst person, he think all employees are slave. He always find way how to cut salary of employee. before half an hour of office timing at evening come to office intentionally (which was 6.30 pm) and by putting unnecessary work or meeting hold all employee up to 8.30 - 9.00 pm (even for female staff also). And if any employee come office next day after 10 am the salary will deduct. this things happen everyday. There was no fixed date for salary. It is a real heel for any employee. Not recommended at all. Apart from director there two "puppets" are also there "CCEO" & "CFO", who are nephew (may be) of director.

No growth is there, no training has been provided me, instead of giving training people have learnt from me. No comments of directors have been fulfilled for last seven years, No appraisal process is there.. no yearly increment is there...only director travels with his salaried relatives, no learning environment is there for employees... Very poor working environment... Organization is run by director's mood and / or egos .... Level of working environment has become very poor last seven / eight months.... During my working seven years I have got three four good colleagues like Mr. Sanjiv Dutta, Mr. Avijit Rudra, Mr. Tapan Bhattacharjee and some new commers. We had to manage the poor working environment with experience along with efficiency... We had to tolerate all those things for lack of job in the city of joy. They work with vendors and ignore them after completion of work for making payment.... vendor is stil knocks me for payment in spite of leaving this job. This is the only company which i had to select in bad time.
