One of the most striking aspects of working at was the owner's lack of Indian culture. This closed mindset created an uncomfortable atmosphere, where the owner's interactions often felt condescending and dismissive. This disregard for cultural sensitivity was disheartening and affected the morale. My experience was far from satisfactory. The unprofessional management, coupled with the owner's short temper and immaturity, created an uncomfortable and restrictive work environment. The lack of tea breaks and the tight scheduling further added to the overall dissatisfaction. I would caution anyone considering employment at this company to be aware of these issues before making a decision.

I am working here from More than 4 years, for me now it's not my work place this is my life..Bellis is in my blood...I proud to be a Part of Bellis. My teammates are very cooperative and they are family to me.we all work together to achieve the goals. Management notices your effort and capabilities & then they promote you accordingly. My managing director and director both are very creative and innovative...I have learned so much from them and I am still learning.😇
