Job security is poor, since this aspect depends on projects the organisation gets. Again this depends on the Director's ability. The Director's are placed for 5 years, since most of the do not have the back ground of social development they have to learn once they are placed. So first 5 years they learn and by the time they want to work seriously, they are transfered. Work culture depends on the Directors, since the Directors who are placed doesn't have enough experience in management, finance and social development field the work culture will blind obedience. Though they have all the good policies prepared through participation process but it is kept in the show case. It is not used for productive purpose.

Dislikes

Since the Directors are not able to use their powers, they are not able to take decisions. Since the organisation is not self-sufficient, they are not able to have permanent field staff and they are not able to have minimum departmentwise administrative staff. Mostly it will single man army. The a single administrative staff has to work for different projects and in different departments/capacities. The work load on the administrative staff is more as a result he has to work overtime without any benefits. Because of all these aspects organisation is not able to have a good work culture, environment. Since the work load on the staff is more they are not interested nor do not have sufficient time to think of innovation and they are not able to have a balance between work and life.
