very bad place to work as there is too much politics and corruption. People are so corrupt they take bribes from vendors and make the environment very toxic. If you don't want to take bribes or participate in this culture then you are left out. The company is not adept at maintaining the work place culture and there is no check on how procurement is done. It is a very corrupt company from inside.

Greed that is inculcated in the people who work at senior position

Poor policies They say the timings are flexible and you just need to complete 8.5 hrs in office. But the reality is that has to be between 10-7. No WFH available for SOME EMPLOYEES. Very poor communication. No clarity regarding anything. Irrational and illogical upper management. They can fire you or change your department anytime they want, without any prior discussion. They say that they are not asking, they are ordering. No grievance redressal policy. No support from upper management. Only join if you are good at toe licking.

Nothing at all., It is a far better company rather then any reputed company like sugar, faces, etc

Bellavita is good to learn new things, multitasking and business operations.there is better timing flexibility without any interruption.
