As qc engineer I liked outsourced inspections at manufacturer sites

Dislikes

Poor management , excessive working hours, salary hike delay or sometimes held up, no proper planing, sometimes called for duty on weekly offs and on national holidays no compensatory holidays are provided

I like some rules and regulation of the company ..

Am joining with full of confidence to BOS , but there are lack of support about working condition , lack of opportunity to growth , there are no promotion , and expected some facilities but not got any facilities ...

Likes

It is a good company for freshers as one will get exposed to industrial standards, ISO QMS system and relevant training. But Career growth and work life balance is very poor.

Dislikes

Salary/Appraisal was not satisfactory, and it is very difficult to balance ones professional and personal life. More over HR personal is not supportive and management is always looking to squeeze the maximum from employee!!!!
