There is no job security. Worst Indian management with zero ethical values. No career development for genuine employees, management likes and promotes only “Yes Sir” employees. No value and respect of loyal employees who are treated as “use and throw”. Strongly not recommended for smart and ambitious people. Rules and appraisals are totally biased.

i dont like this company atole. Terrible company .no growth , appraisal depend on your behaviour with Manager i.e. dipali deshmukh.

Requesting not to go there. Two bosses actually one lady boss is specially behave like she is the whole and sole of the company. As she is having affair with company's director she is doing anything with any employee. because of her environment is too tooooooooo bad in that company. If you argue with her she start torcher and ultimately with frustration you will leave that job. those who have left from mumbai office this is the only reason . Please don't go there.

Company is good . work culture having europian character. But as usual Indain regional cultures depends on regional heads.

Growth opportunity was very poor. Management realised after putting resignation. So it could have been done before.
