In a nutshell everything that is good about the hospital.Great place to work. I have enjoyed the 2.8yrs of service in this hospital. I love the vision that the hospital has. Great place to learn and develop new skills. BCMCH has a great culture and nurses and doctors have a good relationship especially in my orthopedics department.

Dislikes

Staff strength is not adequate.No bonus for festivals.

Firstly, Our OT manager very understanding persone. Physically, Moraly and mentaly very supportive. Every day before duty all staff are combined prayer. Mostly I would like my department, our doctors are very friendly. In my life first time, i see in our OT doing preyar before surgery that time feel god presentce. Also every day morning department class, that is learning and update the knowledge

Dislikes

In my opinion experienced wise premote salary. Hospital back side parking area is very defficult

Clean, silent campus away from the city, close monitoring by seniors is absent, salary on time, gym, facilities to take care of staff during COVID, Hostels, job security

Dislikes

Not much appreciation for the work you do even if extra effort and hours are put in. Promotion not to be expected even though you are working with them for a long time on a senior post. Loyalty is not rewarded.

Best ever employee friendly hospital in kerala. I am a rejoined staff. Once I decided to back kerala, only option came to my mind is BCMCH. The management is that much supportive so that I got an opportunity again. Help to maintain work life balance. Always a great asset because working under great & able leadership so that getting lots of guidance and encouragement.

Nothing much satisfactory place to work in gr8 team of doctors with poor interdepartmental support . ER is good and Cardio team is the best under the leadership of Dr John Valliathu, Dr Suresh as the Ped Cardioligist is phenomenal and Dr Ravi Cherian is a wonderful doctor to work with ...
