The company was multinational and we had to adapt to the teammates wherein,one had to develop rapport with all concerned. On the job training,job security were good . Career growth was average and work life balance was upto to the required standards. As it was into huge construction projects work environment was to get alongwith the different nationalities in the organisation. Creativity and innovation was as usual to the stipulated norms and standards. Salary/appraisal was as per thebindustry standards. Overall it met all the necessary requirements.
