Hi I am sharing genuine feedback what I faced in belcan. So trust on these before joining think twice. In This company, the Working culture is very bad and there is no manager support. ODC Manager needs only work he cant see your health even if you are sick They will ask to work and They wont give leave if you have flexible and earned Leave also. I am saying my story how They behave With me and how do they politics are doing and terminating the people by saying the unwanted reasons. Lets start my story is that I was working one project with my leader from last one year. The project is Going well and near to finish the project. Suddenly, my project leader told me to work 15 hours per day because he is saying every people are working 15hrs per day so you also Need to do. After listening these things I refused to work every day 15hrs I replied for delivery I can work for some day but every day I cant Even I was facing that time health issue family issue but They didn't understand these things. So this problem he took to the program manager even manager took the leader side they wont bother what the employee had condition even he can die also They need work. So There is no manager supportive. Suddenly They putted me in PIP by saying you are not doing good Work even I got appraisal from customer side what I did Work the project leader took credits. After doing hard work to meet the delivery in PIP program they terminated me because of my leader tooks personal revenge. Even I requested to change my team They didn't change my team. The politics and ethics of the company is not good Even I told to these things to HR, delivery head noone helped me out they are only giving mental pressure. I Can say One thing if The project is finishing by making any reason They are terminating the people. So Please before joining belcan please see my review and what i suffered in belcan.

Work life balance with good work environment and challenging atmosphere.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow as this is a small division in India. Projects are based on the BELCAN UK and US. No direct interactions with customers.

I like my team,HR Leader Deepthi whom I report is an brilliant person, who always backs us and provide immense support, work allocation is good among the team members.

Dislikes

Obviously corporate politics, no proper recognition for hardwork. Manual work. Process has to be aligned digitally. Takes time. Hope the team is working to get this done.

Company aged about 7 years and still taking baby steps in terms of business plan and expansion.

Due to Finance Controllers bad behaviour many resources resigned and complained against him, but none took action against him due to internal reasons.

Likes

Colleagues will treat you like friends. Work culture is not so pressure. We can work freely.

Dislikes

Job security. They will call you suddenly and remove you from the job stating that there are no current projects available.
