I have to go to interview today but due to some personal problem i have told them to reschedule it but they became rude to me and said no you have to come in any circumstances. And became totally rude to me guys don't even think to go to interview in thi co.

In company tehre is one senior in Frontend development who does partiality and after knowing the higher management they can not take decision against him just because he is the only one developer there so that's why i don't like to work there it's really terrible.

Almost Everything, lot of politics, no teamwork, no one is willing to train employees. No full n final without any deduction. They will put any stupid reason to cut the money. No management.

Nothing can be appreciated as you are trapped if you join in here . There is No HR in company , no management .

Its a Sole proprietorship so whatever owner says you have to do this even if it is your entitled Job or not . They hire you and later will say they will keep amount 7.5 k from your first 2 salaries as a security , and they wont return you when you leave you have to literally beg them on your knees to get your security amount but they won't give you . Staff is old aged and owner has his own favouritsm , so zero career growth and you will feel being trapped in office politics and you have to do all work .
