...ally am working in bel as an contract basis so even contract basis holders also get as per government standard salary package so presently i have temporary job in bel other than that bel is an very good core defence related company and bel gave a very good salary package to permanent employees

The most important thing is time management, you will have lots of time to work and learn. BEL is a world class manufacturer of defense product's , Really feels great to be part of production of defense products.

If you be as a contract engineer compensation for work is not upto the mark, but if you be as a permanent employee you will have very good and satisfied facility to work

*'no respect, staffs are rude, nothing to learn, very less salary, management also takes decision to disturb temporary staff, no human rights inside office, misbehaviour with ladies also happening at office. Only permanent staff getting advantage

No respect for design n development fraternity... No rewards n awards for performance.. Rewards only for those who can mesmerize boss, political pressure n customer pressure..ETC.. ETC..
