Salary will be on time without any PF deduction

Behaviour of executives is so pathetic, they will blame you for their mistake. They will scold you infront of their seniors to raise there value and respect. They will treat you like a slave. You will not learn anything as they will not teach you. 99% executives are Egoistic.

...red as incompetent / lazy. 4) HR policies are absurd and designation oriented. 5) Median salary 6) Linear growth instead of exponential.

6 day a week working culture Salary below industry standard Not good for career growth Difficult to switch after a long career (~10 years) here Lots of travel in some departments, not great if you have family Management decisions not employee friendly Self motivation required to learn

Poor management, Benefits deteriorating due to cost cutting, Projects taken on too low cost and then forcing employees to work within that budget by working on sundays(sunday is the only day employees get in 6 days working company), and extending work hours.
