Bharat Electronics Limited is an Indian state-owned aerospace and defense company with about nine factories, and several regional offices in India. It is owned by the Indian Government and primarily manufactures advanced electronic products for the Indian armed forces. Being a defense PSU I'm involved in various Electronic Warfare system projects. The projects are required different LRU's to be integrated which are designed by different companies/vendors, actively involved in design changes, Testing/Troubleshooting of LRU's and integration of LRU's. On the project need basis I have traveled to customer [remote/disturbed] location. Totally I have gained sound technical knowledge in BEL.

...ct Engineers, even if they have done same work which done by permanent employee. The company doesn't provide any other facilities except fixed pay, I mean no PF, no medical benefits, no insurance, no bonus for Contract Engineers.

The company is of a new innovation and latest technology with high quality of products which are reliable. As they have handle Nation defense projects with good communication with the client's..

Dislikes

No, with a decent compensation the growth is also good, were they handle more projects with different clients. You have to be ready to work with anyone in different projects.

The salary is good and good work-life balance for general shift employees.

The career growth is less and job security is also less because however you work, maximum you can work here is 3 years and not beyond that.

*'no respect, staffs are rude, nothing to learn, very less salary, management also takes decision to disturb temporary staff, no human rights inside office, misbehaviour with ladies also happening at office. Only permanent staff getting advantage
