Worst company worst management cheap miss set, it's not a software company its like school,

Worst company worst management cheap mind set it's not a software company it's like School,CEO is the only one in-charge and all the employees are expected to satisfy his ego, if your don't he will start taking action that can impact your job he has no idea understand software development but acts like he's an expert, additionally the work culture is worst every morning you must say "Good morning" and end of the day you must say "Good evening" or they'll cut the salary

This is not a proper software company evnvironment the management treats employees like childern,and there is no organized process or proper software in place,making it complete waste of time,Employees are required to log in by 9:10 AM, and any delay results in salary deductions,there are not allowed to log out before 10PM,Additionally the management enforces bonds retains employees' certificates, and even after completing the 1.5 - years bond period,they resort to manipulative tactics

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
