The management team lacks the ability to motivate and effectively lead, with many key positions filled through referrals rather than merit. This results in a lack of strategic thinking, blind focus on short-term goals, and an absence of teamwork or collaboration. Overall, the workplace culture and environment are disappointing, and I would not recommend this company to others based on my experience

Hi dis my feedback for beepkart there or awesome and good people's or helpfull to work in beepkart manager TL everyone helpfull and..the quality people's or very helpfull with Exciteive..were ever we make mistakes the help us to improve in quality level..an one more think to tell the never stop us to go name the break also get exciteded the never come an asked becs the no on Friday time the prayar is important to us dis one good think to the person who is working in beepkart in drivex the torture us in namaz time aur going washroom the manager ask how much time u will go ur excited ur break.. How much time it's come will go becs it's nature we can't stop and keep it in bottle.. One thing to add about beepkart is when ever month starting the take us out dinner🍽

Targetting one person to other and the will not provide lever dis is what I seen other then that everything is awesome in beepkart

Nothing much you can see first hand experience of filth politics, the CEO has no clue what is happening in the system so you can blabber and come out of any situation.😂

Dislikes

Poor working environment, only around dust, have seen leech and snakes in washroom. Poor people in upper management. Top management work as a syndicate and is looting money evidently robbing investors. Zero ethics for people on ground I was told not to give a dam even if it’s their well-being.
