Everything about the Company, There are no benefits, employees are terminated here for fun for no reason, you have to be a slave for the MD, if any one is willing to join this company and want to ruin there carrier join this company

Worst ever and the Head India is much worser. He thinks hez the boss and can do all sorts of jobs all my himself which is foolish, He should understand that fish cannot walk on land, monkey cannot stay underwater, elephant cannot climb a tree. Everyone have their own ski sets Instead of calling Bectran it should be called Chirala Company.
