People are work culture is worse. Top mgmt MD are using abusive language to scold their staff. No work satisfaction and growth. Not at all recommended for anyone. One of the worst company in the world.

There is nothing in particular one will like about BLPT. The company claims to be German but still operate like one gala company.

Dislikes

Many things such as poor team work, biased management, poor project executions, poor travel policies and work environment.
