1. Despite 125yrs old company the management doesn't foresee the company's goals and conversion. 2. Company works based on hire and fire, normally this is practice of low rated companies. 3. Experience sharing, knowledge sharing, development activities in company is very less. 4. COVID period company did not supported employees and release based on choice not as per work.

Work culture is not good .The do not care about your personal life. also feed back system is not direct. .The manager do not verify the facts from person whose feed back is given by indirect sources

Job security is least here , if hours are booked in projects then only you're in the company Celebration on big festivals is little light here.

Work pressure. Company culture is such that you will hardly have time for you. Also if your project is not good, you will be working on something where learning will be negligible.
