The work pressure is very high. Sometimes we have to work 14-18 hrs straight in a day without compensation.Managers do not value an individuals’ strength. I dislike the policy of hiring & firing.

It was a disappointing and frustrating experience with people who seemed insincere, playing with emotions.

I successfully completed all three rounds of interviews, proceeded to salary discussions with HR, and submitted my documents. Excited about the opportunity, I made plans to relocate from Mumbai to Gurgaon, and my family was supportive and happy. However, after a week of silence and unanswered calls, I was shocked to receive a message from HR stating that I was no longer shortlisted, without providing a valid reason. This experience was deeply disappointing and felt like an emotional rollercoaster.

1. Long Working Hours without any proper compensation for extra efforts 2. Pay disparity (Preference to pay Females more though other individuals working way harder) 3. No action taken by management on feedbacks given by employees 4. Monotonous Job routine 5. No decision making with India office 6. Nobody has attitude for problem solving. They only want to just say, it's missed or not done. Never acknowledge efforts put in by individuals for a certain task. 7. No visibility of promotion
