Engineers are supportive & show a collaborative effort. ( Its may be due to high work load that people understand each other's pain)

...r projects breaching confidentiality. (People doing so are generally promoted) High pay disparity. Yes boss culture.

It has an open culture. Strategic Location. Flexible timing. Good compensation.

Dislikes

Recruit blindly without vision & then had to layoff. Salary not paid for 4 months. Send for leave. Being old employee I had to slog for multiple projects. But during tough time they left me high & dry. Am in leave since lockdown. All my earned leaves exhausted in September. Basically CTC since May is zero.

Major Letdowns: *: Crushing workload and suffocating pressure, with zero overtime pay to show for it. *: Managers and leads are super controlling and micromanaging - it's like they own your life. *: Forget about work-life balance - your existence revolves around pleasing your supervisor. Expect zero flexibility or understanding. *: Salary increment - salary increment will be based on your relation with manager not based on the work.

1. Despite 125yrs old company the management doesn't foresee the company's goals and conversion. 2. Company works based on hire and fire, normally this is practice of low rated companies. 3. Experience sharing, knowledge sharing, development activities in company is very less. 4. COVID period company did not supported employees and release based on choice not as per work.
