They signed you in a bond and then they will force you to keep working with them at low pay and if you tried to escape they will do anything against you to destroy your career. They will fail your BGV every single time you get a new job. Worst company culture in whole Tricity.

It offers great learning experience. You get to learn new technologies which are good for your growth.

Work Life balance is difficult to maintain because of the long working hours and salary is not given as per the workload.

They have few perks like diwali bonus, diwali gifts etc.

They always push candidates for signing agreements of 1-3 years. But in times of recession they themselves break the agreement and force candidates to resign else they would terminate. Now most of the candidates will not try to look for jobs before agreement period is over and in between if they are laid off, they are in complete mess. If bebo authority is reading this, please consider providing some form of compensation before laying any employee off.
