...oyees.. They might fire you any time... They will never pay what they told you.. Salary cut ( Covid) will be informed just a day before salary is supposed to be credited... HR is never supportive to the employees only does what management says... CTC will be so big and when you see the actual Inhand salary it will be nothing they say other benefits which they dont give like grooming, bonus etc. I would not recommend any person who wants to see a career growth to work here.

Everything. They will never give proper communication on papers and then they don't give what they have commited.

Rubbish hr department specially megha head hr who's know how to manipulate employee at the time of joining or offering she represent employees good bonus & insentive amount and finally not give anything worst please don't join the company

Beauty Essentials is indeed the dream company to work for. As an employee you get all the comfort to work for. So much support from each and every upline n management. There is complete transparency in the company and moreover no matter what position you hold in the company, your ideas are always welcome and are imposed as well if it fits in all the criteria and a proper credit is also given by everyone. Appreciations are always given and that literally motivates the employees. The best company in my career I have ever worked for.

Its a good comapny , the management is quite coperative and i am enjoying working with them from last 3 years I joined this organsation as business developemnt manager in couple of 3 years i have redesignated 2 times as terriorty sales manager and now as Area business manager . Looking forward to work with them for aleast 2 years
