Good thing is Salary on time.

No facilities for employees ( accomodation and fooding) is worst, in one room more than 3 to 4 people are living, fooding at site worst quality and taste of food, no one cares if you complain. Boss misbehave even beats if he wants to employees. No system for work and people don't even know their roles and responsibilities. Everyone is in their own race.

The company's growth is very much appreciated. The dedication and utilization of employees and workforce team has been incredible in the development of our project. Overall it deals with all circumstances in very smooth and timely manner.

Dislikes

The work culture has been hectic and the impact occurs as the positive outcome like very fast paced project. Proud to be a part of Beary's Group.

No Dislikes but an advice- If you look for consistent time-offs for any reasons, you should not choose this place. They will not say anything but you will affect thier pace and that's not right.

I have worked in this company for a couple of years. Overall it's just average experience for me. Initially I got good exposure and learning opportunities but later it becomes stagnant because they don't have different projects. Work culture is not soo good. There is no proper methodology or procedures which they follow.

No proper management and partiality among employees.

I love this company my teammates are very hard workers they train the new comers very well and the security is too good . They think about the company more than that they think about the poor the environment.

Three no point to say anything wrong about them I left just because I just want change the company
