Firstly this company is completely out of track of their office culture. They do not have any work ethics I felt like we all are sitting in a drawing room where owner is just keeping an eye for the sake of Ac or furniture he has invested in. Secondly the major issues for me to leave this organisation was they have more interest in someone's name , religion & cast . It was like a gossip center where Boss & Hr head themself involved in it and making a person uncomfortable.

Whatever work will remain for me, I should get it after finishing the whole work.

I feel very useless by not working, I am very irritated by them, I will not allow such people to be seen even near the office.
