Everything. The salary, work culture, attitude of management, everything absolutely sucks. This place has 90% attrition rate and they don't care about it. The whole office is run on ego and Pride which they should not have based on how they work. They are the beacon of unprofessionalism.

Management politics, salary not as per business standards, appraisal not on time and even appraisal letter not provided to employees, hectic work schedule, favouritism within team, no job security at all

...o increase business. Easy access to Management for sharing of thoughts,concerns. During Covid times also management had supported employees with no salary deduction and paid travelling allowances and ALSO GIVEN INCREMENT TO ALL EMPLOYEES. No deduction of salary,leaves and absolute job security in times like Covid. Free Vaccination drive, medical assistance to employees effected with Covid systoms. Hats off to the management for their excellent support in Pandemic. Would really recommend people to join the company incase they are looking for good learning knowlege and growth with job security.

This company is for someone who has the zing for learning and can take pressure and who is a go getter. People who want everything to be served on a platter,, people who constantly critize their work environment should avoid applying here. Employees here do not believe in having a healthy competion among themselves, which I feel limits their growth.

...yee's work-life balance is maintained. No calls after office or on weekends. 2. Salary and Increments - The management had ensured that during lockdown salary was paid on time without any deductions. Travel reimbursements were given to the employees considering their safety. Increments were given to the employees. 3. Work Culture - This is the first company to send cakes for parents and make them feel special on Birthdays. While work, there is serious-environment but the management ensures time to time icebreaking activities like annual picnic, team outing, regular celebrations in office which makes us feel good. 4. Throughout my tenure with Beacon Trusteeship Limited, I have witnessed opportunities given to the employees who have good potential, and management appreciates and supports employees who are proactive and take initiatives.

Cakes being sent for Parents birthdays is a great initiative by the team. 5. Time to time ice breaking activities like Quarterly RNR, Regular Team Parties, Team outings and picnic
