Dislikes

The Work Culture, salary, no timeline for appraisal. There is no work-life balance, they only think about their benefits. Everyday personal life getting hammered due to late working hours of almost 16-17 hours throughout the month.

Working in beacon analytics is very good. Teammates are very friendly.sometime maintaining work-life is little bit difficult. Working envirment is great.Otherthings are also good.

I learn a lot in beacon its a great platform for everyone of them who have any type of talent and skills our company focus on talent , skills , experience not on degrees which is easy to get but hard to justify. great people great environment.great place for learners.

I had worked there 1.5 years. Learning power improves in Beacön, but there is no care about employees. Harassment of employees only , no appraisal, no timing, late night work without any incentives, no facilities, only work. Employees work late night, but company does not provide any meal, any extra charge, no incentive .Overall timepass company. 1year is enough to work in Beacön.

No appraisal increment yearly only 1000-1500. There is only work, no care for employees

Its good for new Lerner for excel or other microsoft office programme. Very comfortable envoirment for SAP and other analysis for projects. Multy type of portals we learn hpw to access.

Dislikes

After all company not promoting the employee after completing one year. They didn't provide actual compensation which was written in offer latter.
