NO DIGNITY FOR DOCTORS . You will be treated like roadside dog . I was attending rotational shift ... in be well t nagar .. working staffs are cunning and double faced .nurses , HR , duty doctors around are not cooperative . I was expected to do frequent 12 hr duty straightway since we were 4 of them 2 of them will be on leave always . It was only 2 weeks since I joined the hospital suddenly they called me and told they are not happy with my performance and the reason they gave was horrible .. they told I was not cooperating with nurses and spoke rudely to doctors and was asked to leave the place immediately .
