... had worked for six month with this company the experience was worst of my life. I am told that salary will increase after three months .the so called multinational company instead of increment ,The Director fired me one week before Diwali giving one week notice they did not paid bonus not only this director paid my last salary after one month. The director of company use bad words and abuse to their employee including me. The company staff are non co-operative, I never seen in my life. Thanks God he save me.

Employee insurance, petrol allowance very less, traveling allowance,phone and internet allowance, Admin and logistics support teams are very slow.

It is One of the Worst Worst Company as Company is Good Middle Management Mr.Binish Nambiar who is taking Care of Oncology BU Head is a Very Very Worst and Stupid Person, he will give 3 Months for New Joinees if they not Give Results with out any Hesitation he will Remove and Compensatiom Part there is no Specific Date for Salary and Expenses God knows when and how much deduction will be there. I Strongly DONOT RECOMMEND FOR BDR PHARMACEUTICALS INTERNATIONAL PVT LTD.

Salary will not Come on Time Expenses lots of Deductions will be their, No Proper HR, Administration, if any Feild Person Calls No Body will Respect, Respond what ever they Say we have to listen No Cross Questions it's a Dictatorship Company

Well developed plant with number of equipment to learn and troubleshoot the problems.

Work culture,Salary,Career growth,travel,politics,Work environment,work life balance,Canteen facility not available,even no tea facility .

I find nothing to like about this organization.

They may hold your salary, they may hold your expenses, in some cases after six months also they even didn't have appointment letter. If your are an field worker they can terminate you any time. They can do what ever they want, no one will ever answer any queries.
