Worst people, especially the data privacy team. Zero professionalism. They fool their clients. Next level micro management from US counter parts. US consider rise people slave. And people try to show off their knowledge cause they are at higher positions. Believe me a two year experience guy can challenge them in every dynamic. Don’t come to rise ever. Be jobless better.

They pay salary on time. The interview process is very quick.

Dislikes

1. Job security. As compared to big4 audit firms, job is not secure here. There is a practice of terminating employees for unjustified reasons. 2. Lots of lean period. There are times when the workflow from the onshore team is very less. 3. Pathetic HR practices. No forum for employees to voice their concerns.

They negotiate a lot during hiring to pay as low as possible. The HR department is mostly amateurs who have not worked in corporates. They need to better themselves at communication and are very lazy. Not reachable most of the times. There is a lot of disparity between the Managers and normal staff when it comes to benefits. If you are a manager then you get treated very differently. VIP type culture is extremely prominent here.

Pay was good. WLB is good but won't benefit you over long term as there is no learning

They misrepresented the profile as advisory but it was assurance. Also, the culture is toxic and favors only few who are incohorts with top layer. You need to teach even a basic concepts that a graduate would easily comprehend.

The BDO rise leadership is very accessible even for the very bottom level employees and they have a great vision for the future. There is a high chance of promotion within very short term.

Dislikes

The package which they gives for employees is very less compared to the market standard , also even the promotionis not reflecting in employees CTC.
