The only thing to like about company is the big 5 tag. Company work culture is terrible.

... things to be disliked but I will put some - 1. There is zero work life balance. No overtime pay for stretched working hours 2. Employees are not getting proper respect and always bullied by management and always put pressure on employees for stretching the working hours. 3. There is no proper process, so that new joinees get proper training and sop 4. HR is the puppet of management and there for only name sake 5. Employees are overburdened with work in the name of cost cutting and so employees are asked to stretch atleast 80% of the days in a month. If employee denies is bullied and asked to resign 6. Management is too unprofessional here. 7. There were values of BDO previously but now no one follows them

...environment and culture .Teammates are supportive and the manage is transparent.company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Apart from timing ,there is no good thing about the company. Lacklustre management,no growth/learning, biased management promoting those whom they like and not those who deserve, poor salary and benefits, no transport facilities,useless culture ,adamant seniors bully new joiners. Overall 1/10.
