Alternate for Big 4 but culture remains the same. Resource availability is not scarce unlike big 4 unlike big4 they will not harass

Work load is heavy but comparatively less than big 4 Package is very less variable pay is peanuts

Too many Long working hours, non existence work life balance due to wfh, compensation doesn’t match the hours you put in.

Its an organization where you can enhance your skill and you can get n numbers of opportunity to to learn new things and to grow.

They don't pay overtime and some times we work overnight to complete timelines.
