As per company growth it is good. Atleast we are not getting pay cut that is the best thing in this pandemic.

The manager use to make their own view about the particular employee and they are partial for the rest of the team member. But that is not the BDO that is a person. So, over all its a good experience.

...s happening at Bdo these days. They may go to any extent to force you to resign. Additionally, their policy on variable pay is terrible, and you shouldn’t expect any salary increments or appraisals. Even if you don’t have a job in hand, its better not to join. The leadership team run things with a dictatorship-like approach.

The only thing to like about company is the big 5 tag. Company work culture is terrible.

... things to be disliked but I will put some - 1. There is zero work life balance. No overtime pay for stretched working hours 2. Employees are not getting proper respect and always bullied by management and always put pressure on employees for stretching the working hours. 3. There is no proper process, so that new joinees get proper training and sop 4. HR is the puppet of management and there for only name sake 5. Employees are overburdened with work in the name of cost cutting and so employees are asked to stretch atleast 80% of the days in a month. If employee denies is bullied and asked to resign 6. Management is too unprofessional here. 7. There were values of BDO previously but now no one follows them
