My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

None. This is fake company. They loot people's salary. Make life miserable.

Dislikes

One of the worst company to work for. They tell after completing one year give bonus which is deducted from salary every month. But this is not done. Late salaries.

... no response even after daily mails we cant even complain as HR is wife of CEO if you are not favourite then late payment, salary deduction without any reason, sometimes no payment they play with employees career with not providing salary slips, experience letter you have to beg for reliving letter but they will not respond you for atleast 2 months

No work life balance, they treat employees like lobourers. May make you work even on Sundays. Poor/No increment. Dishonest management team. Very stingy, will look for every opportunity to deduct salary
