...n a wonderful experience because there is no work pressure like other companies. Salary is a little less but other than salary peace of mind is more important to balance personal and professional life, and I feel I got a whole lot of peace in this company.

unfair pay under appreciation no opportunity for people who can do better and are multi-tasker.

The best part is 5 days working and 2 days off on Saturday and Sunday. This is only if you are in the operations.

Dislikes

There is no any additional benefits that are provided by the BCD India apart from the salary and mediclaim policy. The appraisal are very bad, they can hire a new person with higher salary but can't give same appraisal to the existing employee. Even they don't consider existing employee for any rewards and promotions. This is only about the BCD India Pvt. Ltd. In short, this is not a employee oriented company.

No support.... In fact asking us to resign the after 3 months time passed with out any salary... Very poor management... No humanity.

BCD travel company is very good but very poor management. Didn't got any kind of support when office got closed due to covid. No salaries from April till June 2020.in fact asking us to resign the job and I resigned on June 15.

I would like to take a moment and discuss my current salary package. i have been reflecting on my experience and contributions to the company and i believe that i can be compensated more fairly considering my skill set and the value i bring to the team, i genuinely appreciate the opportunities i have been given, but i believe there is room for improvement regarding my compensation. i would love to have a conversation about this matter and explore possible adjustments that would reflect my experience better
