I am working 5 year not important in salary and if you work will 100 percentage will be not get for designation and extra benefit they benifit only get high level positions low level work not get any benefit 😞😞 plz improve in your low level work satisfaction and salary increase its lot of problem faced in low level employee

First of all ,i neee to work in standardized company that i make me growth and ability.its suitable of my course ,i love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable,high quality product's and a global client base.as a result ,to get abroad travel....Another one is my colleagues are from various culture background.its work happily in this collaboration.
