Only the salary issue which we get credited after 7th of every month.

...taff no any quality in employee bottom to top management also no any HR Policy . if any staff leaving job then his salary not given him his working days.

...rovement/ development. It's not the best job(Bazar India) in India as a company. The pays are not meant for someone who's running a family( low payment). But satisfy with what we get is the best choice. Thank you

Low pay scale . No increment for working for 2 years experience.

No Culture, No decision power, zero development, delay in salary, many time you have to ask for salary. No integrity and ethics in terms of PF submission and tax deduction/Submission.

Appraisal is done on work experience and company really feel and treat everyone a a family member. Top management is wonderful.

Dislikes

Salary delay. Lp team is not as developed. Internal/Electrician are more involved to destroy reputate feedback in worst due to ego.
