Change in overall culture after Monsanto merger- Bayer. Lake of Salary increases and also low transperancy, increases job load.

Nothing is there to dislike in the company , Salary package is very decent but career growth is some little slow if some employee

Every one needs good manager, work life balance , less stress and leave can be taken due to emergency . So all this facilities available here. So totally very good company , colleagues and policies .

Nothing. But in terms of hike, bonus and promotion now they put on hold due to some financial issue.
