Field assistant health not chakup properly per year.. 1 F A WORKING is many many years 10yer+ 1pojition but not promoted uper position.

The career growth is slow and no job security. Eventhogh knowing a single employe can't handle entire territory they will assign them to work. So we can say company is not focusing on employees safety, health, security and quality of the work.

I releaved from Bayer, but before releaving the company the management did not consider, because if they are planned to reduced the employees above of 50 years, but we releaved and we did not get any job opportunity due to age issues. We are facing very difficulties to get job opportunity.

Teammates are doing very much bossism/torcher,so with this i coludn't spend time with family peacefully.Whatever ZPM will says to AGM,AGM will believe only ZPM.It has got too much problem for me.I am straight forward with this i argued with RPM & ZPM for correct way of work.Even AGM has transferred to Gujarat and before leaving my first HQ,AGM were informed me to give Promotion after spending one year at Gujarat. Even spending my profession after crossing also nothing has done by AGM. So,with this i took sudden decession to quite from Bayer.Even right now also i want to work with Bayer.But i need separate Department to work effectively.

Teammates are very much selfish.They will thinking about themselves.So,this issue has to trace out with other institutions to know about Superiors.
