Less front line employees, poor Travel and Incentive policy.. Big Question mark for future growth.. etc.. By name it's MNC.. but culture is comparable to Indian typical pharma companies..

I like the way company has treated employees during pandemic. No salary cut. Added insurance provided for Covid. In general I like the work life balance but it is not good in early phases of career.

Dislikes

I dislike a few time taking policies of the company which definitely requires quick resolution. Especially required to solve channel conflicts. Company requires more delegation of work and new recruits. A few individuals are overburdened with work.

Likes

... has been great. The plus point were my team members, colleagues and my manager. Also the company has great employee friendly policies pertaining to compensation and benefits, employee wellness, recruitment, employee engagement, etc. I also like the employee re-hire policy here, they welcome "home coming".

Dislikes

Compensation is good but career growth is very slow. The work pressure is high but the manager corporation makes it easy to cope up with any kind of pressure.

The work Life Balance and the Fact that you have the amount of freedom to drive the Business without much interference is Great!

Dislikes

The Limited growth Opportunities and Being heard very late by the Management.
