Enough Toxicity for the life, no we'll behavioural management just bunch of people who are required everything in very fast manner, no nothing engineering calculation just do whatever they told you as long you want to work otherwise you become a open wound for them they not required engineer they require people pleasing person who are like, yes mam, yes sir it can be done. I don't know how they got the business.

Dislikes

There are no dislikes about the company just I thought I did something wrong Sins in my life and that's why I came here. Just like have the deferent domain of some people's even one thing, if you personally go to hr for any complaints they will listen to you only, nothing goes to the upper management. If somebody from Battrixx really reading this I wil definitely say he will agree on the points. Welcome to the people pleasing salve land where you don't argue just follow if somebody even shouting on you with bad words that is not a proper corporate word's.

Likes

Its a growing sector, still you get benefits. Management is very good. All the needed amenities are provided. Company is growing vastly.

Dislikes

HOD's are least bothered about their respective departments. All are focused on the bad politics. There are 2 groups in the company, Maharashtrians vs the rest of the states, which leads to bad working atmosphere. 2k per month is compulsory dedication its a type of bond which is what I dislike
