...they will never support any employee in front of manager even managr is wrong. The salary, promotion, appresial everything in manager hand. Manager are providing the promotion only to those person who is doing bitching, provide employees gosips and all.

There is no salary appraisal No increments I have been working since last 1.5 years but growth is nothing also very much partiality.

Battery Smart is a company run by young founders, great place to take new initiatives and lead it end to end. If I talk about product management, The Head of Department Amit Kumar is a great personality to work with. He is humble and dedicated. His work ethics and commitment is inspiring. Tech team is a bit inexperienced due to the age and less knowledge but again full of spirit and ready to help you build products to help consumers. Overall a great place to work.

For me it was more of a compensation negotiation that didn't worked out, else everything was great.

People in top management doing timepass here like Ankur Jhavery who is VP of company without creative and innovative mindset and who focused more on his YouTube channel growth instead of companies growth. Who priorities uploading YouTube videos over his own responsibilities.Who care more about comments on and views on his videos than his responsibilities towards company.Highly baised with one person in the company and everyone know about that person but no one know the reason. Toxic person like Sumi who expect his team to do work at late night and herself leave company at 7 daily and to show she is working late night scheduled email for late night so that everyone thinks she is working hard She doesn't deserve to be director and will also got promoted to senior director role this year because of favourtism and biasness who is exactly similar to Komolika Character from Kasuati Zindagi ki tv serial who is favoured and supported unconditionally by Vp of company and who doesn't do anything and do everything to get visibility in front of senior leadership by either escalating unnecessary and incorrect things to founders or taking credit of the work done by other teams shamelessly and surprisingly vp support her in all such acts and founders not able to catch it. The person who is just surviving by showing incorrect and manipulating numbers in her beautiful crafted presentation. And everyone knows beauty influence more than facts and figures Even founders are not aware how he is fooling them and manipulating things and when they came to know about this it will be too late.

This company is a paradise--for top management only! While the execs enjoy endless perks and power , the rest of us get motivational emails and front-row seats to clap on their success. A great place to work... if you love office politics and watching favoritism in action!

Dislikes? Where do i start? Career growth here is like a unicorn--everyone talks about it, but no one's actually seen it.The office politics could put a Netflix drama to shame, and favoritism is basically a company policy. Truly a masterclass in how NOT to value employees!!
